Regarding the delay in additional capacity being reflected
As of April 13, 2023, some customers have been experiencing issues with additional storage capacity not being reflected immediately to their account.
Please keep in mind that it may take up to 30 minutes to reflect newly added capacity in the following cases:
- Paid plan upgrades
- Adding a referral bonus
- Adding capacity through the capacity gift URL
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you do not see your capacity immediately reflected, please wait as it may take some time to reflect within your account.
