Delay in InfiniCLOUD features when creating a new account
As of April 27, 2023, some customers have experienced significant delays in starting to use the service due to the concentration of access due to new account creation.
It may take a significant amount of time before the following functions:
- Accessing the file browser
- Connecting to external applications
