Revised August 29th, 2024

Due to a recent increase in InfiniCLOUD users and activity, along with an unexpectedly high server load when taking snapshots, there have been cases of service delays and connection issues on some servers on an irregular basis.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to all those affected.

As a temporary mitigation solution, we will adjust the ZFS snapshot feature's acquisition interval from every three hours to every twelve hours.

This modification will only affect specific users (server targets are listed below). Those who will be affected will get an email shortly following the release of this notice page.

We apologize once more for any inconvenience or distress this has caused.
