InfiniCLOUD sends important notices and updates to the email address associated with your account. It has recently come to our attention that there are an increasing number of cases where our emails are not delivered to users.
Users who do not receive these emails may be unable to see new updates and access specific functions.
Therefore, we are asking to please verify your email address to ensure that you have a valid email address associated with your account that can receive our emails.
Accounts with unverified emails, an email verification date more than a year old, or emails from InfiniCLOUD that continue to go undelivered will be considered inactive and may be deleted.
How to Verify or Update Your Email Address
Follow the steps below to verify your email address.
- Open My Page
- Click Edit under Account Information
- Click Verify
- Enter/Confirm your email address, then click Confirm
- Open the verification email send from InfiniCLOUD and click the URL link in the email to verify your email address
- Confirm that the last verification date of the email address in My Page has been updated
If you do not Receive an Email
- Confirm that the registered email address is correct. Update any old email addresses that are no longer being used.
- You may be unable to get our e-mails due to spam filtering in your cell phone or free e-mail settings. Please ensure that you have not stopped receiving of our e-mails by creating a domain name or using another method.

To set up designated reception, register the following email addresses as enabled addresses.
- support@infini-cloud.net
- info@infini-cloud.net
This notice is a general announcement, and will appear on both the InfiniCLOUD home page and My Page, regardless of the email verification status.
