Scope of Impact	Customers using the file server beginning with "ise"
Cause	Hardware Failure *One disk failure occurred due to an HBA and SAS Expander failure.
User Impact	The following functions are currently unavailable: Access of the file browser Access of external applications Due to this disk failure, a checksum error that cannot be corrected with parity occurred in some data of some users. At the time of the failure, we announced that no customer data was damaged or lost as a result of this failure, but we have confirmed that a small portion of data corruption has occurred. Those impacted have been contacted individually via email.
