Scope of Outage

The following file browser host names were affected during this outage:

  • ajiro
  • rausu
  • soya
CauseAn unexpected incident occurred while performing system updates to the authentication mechanism. 
Affected Services

During the outage, the following functions were unstable and could not be accessed:

  • File Browser access
  • Access via some external apps

There was no data corruption or loss of customer data.
