Maintenance Notice (January 15, 2026)

Maintenance Details

Date and Time	January 15, 2026 (Thursday) 13:30 ～ 14:30 JST
Affected Users	Users who access the file browser using a hostname (URL) that ends with teracloud.jp
Purpose	To carry out system migration maintenance as part of a server system upgrade.
Unavailable Services	During maintenance, the following features will be temporarily affected: Access to the file browser This maintenance will have no impact on customer data. ※If you use the file browser during maintenance, you may see a message indicating that your login status has changed, and the file browser screen may refresh automatically. Any uploads or downloads in progress at the start of the maintenance period may be interrupted.
