To help prevent authorized use of long-inactive accounts, and in accordance with InfiniCLOUD's Terms of Use, any account that has not been logged into for more than two years will be deleted, along with all data stored in it.
Please review the information below to confirm whether your account is affected and learn how to keep it active.
Affected Accounts
Accounts that meet all the following conditions are subject to deletion:
- The last login date is before March 23, 2024, 23:59 (JST).
- The hostname (URL) used to access the file browser begins with "miya" or "ogi"
- The account is on the free plan.
Deletion Schedule
Deletion of inactive accounts will begin on April 23, 2026.
How to Keep Your Account
To continue using your InfiniCLOUD account, simply log in via the top page of the website.
Important Notes
- Accounts that are not logged into by April 22, 2026, 23:59 (JST) will be deleted.
- All stored data in the account will be deleted as well.
- Once deleted, accounts and data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
- "Login" refers specifically to logging in via the top page.
- Accessing your account through an external application does not register as a login. If you do not log in via the website, your account may still be subject to deletion.
