Required Actions
To avoid losing access to the affected accounts listed above, please complete one of the following actions by May 31, 2026:
- Delete any accounts that share the same email addressOR
- Update the email address on accounts that currently share the same email address
What Happens If No Action Is Taken by May 31, 2026
If the duplicate email address issue is not resolved by May 31, 2026, the affected account(s) will become inaccessible starting July 1, 2026.
Notes
- Email aliases will be treated as duplicate email addresses and are therefore affected by this transition to the new login and authentication system.
