Thank you for your continued use of InfiniCLOUD.
To help prevent misuse of accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period, and in accordance with the InfiniCLOUD Terms of Service, we will delete free accounts that have not been logged into for more than two years, along with all data stored within those accounts.
Customers who wish to continue using their accounts are requested to log in before the implementation date below.
Target Accounts
Accounts meeting all of the following conditions will be subject to deletion:
- The account is a free account.
- The last login date is on or before May 15, 2024, 23:59 (JST)
- The hostname (URL) used to access the file browser begins with one of the following:
- aki
- bora
- ena
- futtsu
- higa
- jike
- kita
- nanao
- seto
- toi
- uno
- wani
Implementation Period
Account deletions will begin on or after June 15, 2026.
To Continue Using Your Account
Login to your account by Sunday, June 14, 2026, 23:59 (JST).
Notes
- If we are unable to confirm a login to your account by 23:59 on Sunday, June 14, 2026, the account and all stored data will be deleted.
- Once an account and its data have been deleted, they cannot be recovered.
- For the purposes of this notice, "login" refers to logging in via the top page of the InfiniCLOUD website.
- Accessing InfiniCLOUD through external applications may not be detected, therefore the account may still be subject to deletion.
