| Latest Update | October 2, 2026, 3:04 PM (JST) A problem has occurred with some of the disks storing data on the affected server, and the data is currently inaccessible. As a result, it is not currently possible to verify the status of the data on the server. It is expected to take some time before data verification and recovery efforts can begin. As a future measure, it has been decided to prepare a new storage area on a new server and migrate the affected accounts to this new environment. Please note that, after the migration, you will use the new environment, and settings such as the File Browser URL may change. Further details will be provided once preparations for the migration are complete. Work is ongoing to restore the ability to verify and monitor the status of the affected data. |
