Help with an email address or User ID that's already in use

All User IDs are unique across InfiniCLOUD and can only be used once. A registered email address can only be used once.

If you are attempting to make an account but are informed that the email address or User ID is already in use, here are a few reasons:

Email Address or User ID is already registered for a different account

Email Address or User ID is associated with a deactivated account

 

Note: If you attempt to register a new account using an email address that is already in use, a verification email will not be sent. Additionally, the User ID you entered during that attempt will become unavailable for future use. Please note that InfiniCLOUD Support is unable to delete or modify existing or deactivated accounts, and we cannot release or recover the User ID in this case.
