Help with an email address or User ID that's already in use
All User IDs are unique across InfiniCLOUD and can only be used once. A registered email address can only be used once.
If you are attempting to make an account but are informed that the email address or User ID is already in use, here are a few reasons:
Email Address or User ID is already registered for a different account
- An email address can only be associated with one InfiniCLOUD account at a time.
- To check is your email address is already in use, try sending yourself a password reset link.
- To check if the User ID is already in use, try entering it into the account creation page to confirm whether the User ID is available or not.
Email Address or User ID is associated with a deactivated account
- When an account is deactivated, the User ID remains unavailable for future usage.
- The email address will be unavailable to use on another account for a set time frame after the date of deactivation.
Note: If you register a new account with an email address already in use, you will not receive a verification email and the User ID entered at that time will no longer be available for future registration. InfiniCLOUD Support is unable to delete or alter any existing or deactivated accounts. We can not make the User ID unavailable in this situation.
