How do I update my credit card information on PayPal？

You can modify your PayPal credit card details for InfiniCLOUD recurring payments using the following methods below.

Add or change cards

Please go to the page below to register a new credit card or to change/delete existing card information.

Change the card you use for recurring payments

Change the current credit card that is used for recurring payments:

1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of your PayPal account page.
2. Click "Payments" from the drop-down menu.
3. Select "Manage Automatic Payments".
4. Select "InfiniCloud Co., Ltd." from the automatic payments list.
5. Click "Payment method" to the registered card number (last 4 digits).
6. Select the new card you want to use and click "Save".

For PayPal Guest Subscriptions

Users who purchase a subscription via a PayPal guest account cannot change or update their payment method (e.g., credit card details).

If you need to update your card information, please sign up for a new subscription using the updated payment details, and then request cancellation of your existing guest subscription.

Please note that subscriptions created via guest accounts cannot be canceled by the user and must be canceled by InfiniCLOUD via this form.
