My smartphone is not displaying files or folders. How do I fix this?
If your smartphone is having issues displaying files and folders, please try the following methods listed below.
Method 1
Restart your web browser and open the File Browser again.
Method 2
Clear the cache in your web browser.
In order to remove the cache, users must search the support information for the web browser they are using.
