Why file or folder upload failed or was interrupted
When uploading files or folders using the file browser or external app, the upload may fail or may not be completed due to the following reasons:
- A corrupted file is trying to be uploaded.
- The following symbols below are used.
- & ? # \ < > + % / : * " |
- If the file/folder name includes any of the above half-width symbols, unexpected behavior may occur.
- & ? # \ < > + % / : * " |
- The name of the file is too long (including the name of the folder it is stored in).
- The maximum length of file names that can be handled by InfiniCLOUD is 255 bytes. It is recommended that paths be within 950 bytes.
- There may be instances where the path or file name goes beyond the suggested range or upper limit.
- The character code is saved as UTF-8

- When dragging and dropping folders
- Depending on the browser and version being used, it may not be possible to upload folders using drag and drop. It is recommended to use and external app to upload folders.
If the upload fails
If the upload fails, an error message will appear in the file browser at the bottom of the screen.
If this message appears, cancel the upload and try again.
- Before re-uploading, reload your file browser to ensure there is enough capacity remaining.
- If the connection is lost while uploading a large file, the data may remain partially uploaded.
- Delete any unnecessary files.
- If you are having trouble operating the screen, try restarting your web browser or clearing your cookies, site data, and cache.
