About InfiniCLOUD's servers

All InfiniCLOUD servers are located in Japan.

All InfiniCLOUD data centers that house our servers have met our company's criteria for hosting our service equipment.

Criteria for Choosing a Data Center (Partially Extracted)

• Power supply equipment
  • Must be multi-line receiving
  • There are facilities for redundancy uninterruptible power supply and emergency power generation.
• Air-conditioning systems
  • Air-conditioning equipment with multiple systems
  • The heat dissipation performance of high-density servers should be kept within defined parameters during all four seasons.
• Extinguishing and fire protection equipment
  
  • There is automatic fire extinguisher equipment that employs nitrogen-based gas that is non-corrosive to the apparatus.
    
• Structure, ground, and bases for seismic and seismic isolation
  • A base isolation structure or an earthquake-resistant structure that runs the length of the building.
  • A structure that is multiplexed (in the case of a seismic isolation structure.
  • The ground's stability has beyond a specified level.
  • A safe zone sufficiently distanced from the ocean in the case of a tsunami or typhoon.
• Network
  
  • An effective internal and external framework.
  • A number of redundant routes have been drawn from Japan's east and west bases.

• Tsunami countermeasures

Security measures

• Entry control
  • All entryways and exits are strictly controlled by those designated by the company or InfiniCLOUD's maintenance consignment provider.
    
• Lock management
  • Entrance and rack locking must be fully controlled.
  • Surveillance cameras that are activated 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.
    
  • Obtaining worldwide information security standards necessitates the following steps:The International Organization for Standardization created the IOS/IEC 27001 security standard.
