Connect to WebDAV with TeamFile
What is TeamFile?
TeamFile is a file transfer app that supports WebDAV protocol. It has a feeling of familiarity due to the fact it is built into Windows Explorer. Additionally, it supports drag and drop, allowing for simple file transfers.

*To turn on or off connections to InfiniCLOUD from applications, it is required to configure from My Page. More details can be found here.

- We have confirmed the connectivity between TeamFile and InfiniCLOUD and the ability to transfer files and use the other features described here, but this does not amount to a full guarantee of the application's functionality.
- The synchronization process may overwrite files on your device and InfiniCLOUD, so unintended overwriting of data may occur depending on the settings. Be sure to save a copy of your data in a separate location before trying Cyberduck.
- If your Apps Password is reissued, it is necessary to reconfigure the password for the connected account.
- Please direct all inquiries regarding TeamFile to the application vendor.
- InfiniCLOUD does not impose any restrictions on data uploads, but depending on your environment, you may be unable to upload large files.

Connect to InfiniCLOUD

| Password | Enter your Apps Password. *If you forget your password, please reissue in these steps. |
Notes
It may take several minutes for external programs to accept newly reissued app credentials. If an error notice appears shortly after reissuing your password, please wait a few minutes before attempting to reconnect.
5. Click "OK"
If the connection test is successful, a message will display. Click "OK" to advance.
Upload files to InfiniCLOUD
1. Click "Upload"
Open the upload destination directory and click "Upload" on the toolbar.
2. Select the file(s)
Select the file(s) you wish to upload and click the "Choose" ("Upload" on macOS) button.
*At this time, you can select multiple files.
3. The upload will begin
The progress can be viewed in the "Transfers" window.
4. The upload is complete
The file(s) will be uploaded to InfiniCLOUD.
*See also the "Timestamp" tab for the details of modified dates of uploaded files.
Tips
- Drag and drop selection is supported.
- You can also upload folders.
Download files to InfiniCLOUD
1. Select the file
Select and right-click the file you wish to download.
*At this time, you can select multiple files.
2. Select the download method
To display the menu, right-click the file and select the download method.
| Download | Download files to the destination directory which is specified in the bookmark settings. *The destination directory can be confirmed on the bookmark setting dialog. |

| Download As... | Download files with renaming. *This method can not download multiple files. |
| Download To... | Download files to any specified directory. |
*The download destination setting of the bookmark will be automatically changed when you download files to any other directory with the "Download As..." or "Download To..." method.
*At this time, you can download to any other directory.
*On the macOS version, you can also tag the file.
Notes
If you change or delete file extensions, the files will no longer be able to be viewed.
If the displayed original filename does not have its extension, please enter the same extension as the original file at the end of the new filename. For example, if the original extension is ".jpg," enter "<new filename>.jpg" to the "File name:" ("Download As:" on macOS) field.
3. Downloading will begin
The progress can be viewed in the "Transfers" window.
Notes
If segmented download is enabled, files greater than 100 MB will be automatically separated and downloaded.
4. The download is complete
The file will be downloaded to the specified destination.
