To provide a safer and more secure service environment, InfiniCLOUD will be updating its login and authentication system starting July 1, 2026.
This change is being implemented in preparation for the future integration of our authentication services, while also enhancing both security and usability through support for multi-factor authentication (MFA).
With this update, users will be able to access InfiniCLOUD through a more secure authentication environment than ever before.
Changes

- The login method will change from "User ID / Password" to "Email Address / Password"
- Password reset required
- Users will be required to reset their password upon their first login after the authentication system update.

Important Notes
- Existing passwords will not carry over to the new authentication system.
- After the system migration, MFA will be set to "Email Authentication" by default.
- Use of an authentication app instead can be configured after logging in.
- If your registered email address is duplicated across multiple accounts, you will be no longer able to use the affected account(s) after July 1, 2026.
- Please update your email address by May 31, 2026.

- This change does not affect WebDAV connections or the App Password.
