Cancel your InfiniCLOUD Premium Subscription
Step 1: Reduce your storage usage
Before cancelling your premium subscription, delete uploaded files until your total storage usage is within the free account storage limit.
Please note:
- Your premium upgrade will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
- If your stored data continues to exceed the free account storage limit for an extended period after your downgrade, some files may be deleted without prior notice.
- If your storage usage exceeds the free account limit, your InfiniCLOUD account will become read-only. You will still be able to access existing files, but you will not be able to upload new files or update existing ones.
- Downgrading to a free plan will remove any bonus storage included with your premium subscription.
Step 2: Cancel your subscription
Once your storage usage is within the free account limit, you can cancel your subscription through PayPal by following the instructions in the link below.
