Delete Your Account
This guide explains how to delete your InfiniCLOUD account.
Important Notes
- If you delete your account from your InfiniCLOUD My Page, only your InfiniCLOUD account will be deleted. Your InfiniCloud Account Console account will remain active.
- If you delete your account from the InfiniCloud Account Console, both your InfiniCloud Account Console account and your InfiniCLOUD account will be deleted.
- All data stored in the deleted account will be permanently removed.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
- Account deletion requests are processed sequentially. Depending on the processing time, you may continue to receive automated emails from InfiniCLOUD after submitting your deletion request.
Free Accounts
To delete your InfiniCLOUD account, login to your InfiniCLOUD My Page and follow the steps below.
Procedure
- Log in to your InfiniCLOUD account and open My Page.
- Click Delete Account at the bottom of My Page.
- (Optional) Complete the account deletion survey. Then, confirm that you understand your data will be permanently deleted and click to proceed.
- Review the displayed information and click to proceed.
- Verify that the displayed User ID is correct. If everything is correct, review the notes at the bottom of the screen, check the confirmation box, and click to delete your account.
Your account deletion request will be submitted once you have completed these steps.
Paid Accounts
You cannot delete your account while an active paid plan is associated with it.
Please cancel your paid plan first. Once your subscription expires and your account is converted to a free account, you can delete it by following the same procedure described above.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I delete my account from the InfiniCloud Account Console?
Deleting your account from the InfiniCloud Account Console will also delete your InfiniCLOUD account.
If I delete my account from my InfiniCLOUD My Page, will it also delete my InfiniCloud Account Console?
No. Deleting your account from InfiniCLOUD My Page only deletes your InfiniCLOUD account. Your InfiniCloud Account Console account will remain active.
