What Happens If My Email Address Verification Expires?
If you see a message on My Page indicating your email verification has expired and to verify your email address again, your InfiniCLOUD account has been temporarily restriction.
This restriction is applied to certain accounts to help maintain the security and stability of the service.
How to Remove the Restriction
To restore full access to your account, verify your registered email address.
- Open My Page and click Email Address Verification.
- Confirm your registered email address and click Verify.
- A verification email will be sent to your registered email address. Open the email and click the verification link.
- Once verification is complete, the confirmation page will display "Your email address has been verified."
Note: If you cannot receive emails from @infini-cloud.net, update your registered email address from Account Information in the authentication portal before requesting email verification.
When Are Account Restrictions Applied?
Your account may be restricted if any of the following apply:
- More than one week has passed since your account was created without verifying your email address.
- A certain period has passed since your email address was last verified.
- Your email address has never been verified.
- Your registered email address is no longer able to receive emails from InfiniCLOUD.
These restrictions apply only to eligible Free Plan accounts.
What Can I Do While My Account Is Restricted?
While your email address remains unverified, some account functions will be unavailable.
You can still:
- Sign in
- Verify your email address
- Delete your account
Important Information About Email Verification
- Verification link are valid for 24 hours from the time they are issued. If the link expires, request a new verification email.
