What a temporary frozen account means
If your InfiniCLOUD account is temporarily frozen, it means your account has been restricted from making changes, uploading files, or accessing certain InfiniCLOUD services. This is a precautionary status applied under specific conditions to maintain platform security and reliability.
Reasons for a freeze
Accounts with email addresses that have not been verified under the following conditions will be frozen.
- One week has passed since account registration
- If a certain time has passed since verification
- No previous email verification has been recorded
- Email delivery to the registered address has failed
What happens during a freeze?
Accounts that fail to comply will be subject to account usage restrictions until the email verification has been complete.
The following features will remain available to accounts to fail to verify their email address.
- Login access
- Email address verification
- Account deletion

To restore full access to your account, simply verify your registered email address.
