Didn't Receive the Password Reset Email?
If you requested a password reset using Forgot your password? but did not receive an email, one of the following may be the cause:
- The email address you entered is incorrect.
- The email was filtered into your spam or junk folder.
- Your email settings are blocking messages from InfiniCLOUD.
- Your mailbox is full.
- Your account is registered with an email address you no longer use.
Verify the Email Address You Entered
Password reset emails are sent to the email address registered to your InfiniCLOUD account.
Please make sure you entered the correct email address.
Common mistakes include:
- Not using the correct capitalization in the User ID or email address.
- Incorrect capitalization (if applicable).
- Extra spaces before or after the email address.
Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Your email may have been filtered automatically.
Please check your spam or junk folder for emails from:
- support@infinicloud.net
- info@infinicloud.net
- no-reply@infinicloud.com
Check Your Email Settings
If your mailbox is full, you may not be able to receive new emails.
Delete unnecessary emails or free up storage space, then request another password reset.
Check Whether Your Registered Email Address Is Still Accessible
If your account is registered with an email address you no longer have access to, you will not receive the password reset email.
Try resetting your password using any email addresses you believe may be registered to your account.
