Didn't Receive the Password Reset Email
If you haven’t received the password reset email after requesting a password reset, one of the following may be the cause.
- The User ID entered during the reset procedure was incorrect.
- The email address entered during the reset procedure was incorrect.
- The email was sent to your spam folder.
- The email can not be received due to your email address settings.
- The email inbox is full.
1. Check the User ID and email address
The password reset email will only be sent if both your User ID and email address are entered correctly. Please make sure there are no typos or errors in either field.
Common reasons mistakes:
- Not using the correct capitalization in the User ID or email address.
- Copying and pasting account details.
- Extra spaces before or after your User ID or email address may be unintentionally added, causing the error.
2. Search for the email
The password reset email will be sent from "InfiniCLOUD". If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your other folders. A spam filter or email rule may have moved it to the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
3. Add Us to Your Safe Sender List
To ensure you receive our emails, please add support@infini-cloud.net and info@infini-cloud.net to your safe send list or email settings.
4. Resend the email
To resend the email, repeat the steps to reset your password.
