Maintenance Notice (June 30, 2025)

Thank you for using InfiniCLOUD.

We will carry out a server maintenance on June 30, 2025, to introduce an email address validation feature. This is to ensure important notifications, including service updates and inquiry responses, are properly delivered.During this time, some services may be temporarily unavailable or experience disruptions.

For more information on the maintenance and which services will be affected, please refer to the details below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to enhance our systems.

Maintenance Details	New Features To Be Added: ■ Email Address Validation Check A feature to validate the registered email address to the account will be added. If any of the following apply to you, please verify your email address and complete the authentication process. When email verification is required: One week has passed since account registration If a certain time has passed since verification No previous email verification has been recorded Email delivery to the registered address has failed ※Conditions apply to users without a paid InfiniCLOUD subscription. Accounts that fail to comply will be subject to account usage restrictions until the attention has been complete. The following features will remain available to accounts to fail to verify their email address. Login access Email address verification Account deletion ■ Access to ZFS Snapshots A Snapshot option will be added to the file browser menu. This directly accesses the .zfs folder (PC or Smartphone). Further details and guides on the snapshot function will be provided at a later date.
Unavailable Services	The following services will be unavailable during this maintenance period. Website Access Login (access to My Page and file browser) Accessing InfiniCLOUD via external applications Please note that this maintenance will not affect any customer data. ※Accounts that are logged into during the start of the maintenance may be logged out. ※Uploads and downloads during this maintenance will be cancelled.
