Purpose of the Waiting List System
InfiniCLOUD is currently experiencing a high volume of new account applications, and we greatly appreciate your interest in our service.
However, due to the ongoing global semiconductor shortage, it has become difficult to procure the necessary components to expand our server infrastructure.
We are committed to maintaining a high level of service quality and stability for our existing users, while also ensuring a reliable environment for new users. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily restrict new account creation and introduce a waiting list system until sufficient resources can be secured.
Please note that this is a temporary measure aimed at supporting future growth and maintaining stable operations. There are no plans to reduce or limit the service itself.
Next Steps
Users on the waiting list will receive registration instructions as soon as the environment is ready.
Our operations team is working diligently to improve infrastructure and secure the necessary resources so that normal account registration can resume as soon as possible.

How to Sign Up
- Register using the new registration form to be added to the waiting list.
- A confirmation email will be sent.
- You will receive an update email with a registration URL once your account is ready.
- Access the URL provided in the update email and complete the registration.
Notes
- Your account will not be created immediately after registration. You will be placed on a waiting list and notified once your account is ready.
- The registration URL provided in the update email has an expiration date. Please complete the process before it expires.
- If the registration link expires, you will need to submit a new registration and rejoin the waiting list.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email following the initial sign up, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Your email address cannot be changed after registration. Please ensure that all information entered is correct.
