To ensure stable service availability, we have updated our new account registration process to a waiting list system. New users will be contacted in the order their applications are received.
Due to the high volume of applications, there may be a delay before your account can be fully registered. We appreciate your understanding.
You can apply for a new InfiniCLOUD account by following the steps below:
How to Sign Up
- Register using the new registration form to be added to the waiting list.
- A confirmation email will be sent.
- You will receive an update email with a registration URL once your account is ready.
- Access the URL provided in the update email and complete the registration.
Notes
- Your account will not be created immediately after registration. You will be placed on a waiting list and notified once your account is ready.
- The registration URL provided in the update email has an expiration date. Please complete the process before it expires.
- If the registration link expires, you will need to submit a new registration and rejoin the waiting list.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email following the initial sign up, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Your email address cannot be changed after registration. Please ensure that all information entered is correct.
